wAiq (formerly PolyWin) is the same service under a new name.

## Third-Party Trading

All trades, markets, settlements, and payouts occur directly on Polymarket. wAiq routes your requests and charges a fee. We do not create or settle markets.

## Not a Broker or Advisor

wAiq is not a financial advisor, broker, exchange, or custodian. Nothing in the bot, on our website, or in our docs is financial advice.

## Crypto Only / Irreversible Transactions

Deposits, withdrawals, and swaps are done in cryptocurrency. All crypto transactions are final and at your own risk.

## You Assume All Risk

Prediction markets and crypto involve significant risk. We are not responsible for losses, failed trades, API issues, delays, smart-contract issues, or market behavior.

## No Custody

wAiq does not hold your funds or private keys. You control your own wallets at all times. Private keys are encrypted and exportable.

## Legal Compliance

You must be 18 or older and permitted by your local laws to use prediction markets and cryptocurrency. You are responsible for your own tax and legal obligations.

## Ai Features

Ai Picks, backtest results, and any Ai-generated content are informational only. They are not guarantees of future performance.
